Chuchi applies first aid after a skirmish with the coal syndicate.
Chuchi is an enigmatic figure, described in middle age as appearing "naturally youthful." Little is known of her history at this time. She is first seen in "Oakwood: New Possibilities," traveling with an unknown associate. Dialogue between the two suggests that they have known each for at least enough time to develop a loose friendship. The pair travel to Alpine to find help for their next mission where they plan to steal some trucks from the coal syndicate. It is here that they first meet Aome Lee.
Chuchi was the owner of the Hornet, a custom-designed motorbike that could reach speeds much faster than most other vehicles of the time. It is not known whether she built the Hornet herself or acquired it through other means.
